You can track the status of your order 24 hours after it is placed. Please use our online order tracking tool. You can also email Customer Service.
How can I change or cancel my order?
To make a change or cancel your order, please email Customer Service. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled for UPS deliveries because your order has been processed for a timely delivery. We cannot accept returns on final-sale or special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

What is your return policy?
You can return eligible item(s) within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value (shipping charges are not refundable). Please visit our Returns and Refunds page for a full description of our policy.

Can you ship orders to a P.O. box?
All of our jewelry is able to be shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes. If gift items are larger than 36″ and over 50 lbs these are not able to be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO Box. If you have any questions if an item or order can be shipped to your P.O. Box feel free to email Customer Service.
Can I send a gift message on my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift messages at this time.
